Rosewater was a beverage that could be served with fizz. While in a cantina on the Outer Rim planet Actlyon[1] in 34 ABY,[2] the smuggler Izal Garsea ordered a rosewater with fizz for one of her colleagues in Ana Tolla's crew. She carried it back to their table along with two beers, two Naboo Coolers, and a melon water. Garsea struggled to handle the drinks and spilled some of them, though the rosewater with fizz stayed intact.[1]

Rosewater appeared in A Crash of Fate, a 2019 young-adult novel written by Zoraida Córdova.[1]
