The Republic Defense Procurement Office was the branch of the Galactic Republic that was charged with procurement and resource requisition for the Republic Navy and the Grand Army during the Clone Wars. Located at the Logistics center at Coruscant Command HQ, it was in permanent contact with the military's Logistics battalions and Fleet Ops, as well as the civilian contractors responsible for producing and transporting weapons and equipment.

One branch, Procurement Development, was responsible for developing, testing and acquiring new technology and equipment.

Another division of the office was the Transport Maintenance.
