Redwood tree

Redwood trees,^[2] also known as Endorian trees,^[3] were a type of ancient^[4] tree native to the Forest Moon of Endor. Found in abundance, redwood trees were used by the Ewoks for building and supporting their lofted homes.^[1]

Behind the scenes

Redwood trees first appeared in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, which was filmed in Redwood National Park under the working title Blue Harvest.^[5]
