Raxus Droids were used by the Raxus guard to ambush Jedi Masters Mace Windu and Dooku. They worked in tandem with the Raxus guard which was led by Semage and Hanel. After Raxus's senator, Larik, revealed that the guards killed Master Katri, the guards killed him. Several of the droids leapt from the trees aiding the guards as they opened fire on the Jedi. However, Windu and Dooku destroyed several of them with their lightsabers. Dooku then destroyed several more by cutting a tree with his lightsaber that crushed several more droids. The Jedi Force pushed the remaining two droids against the guards' ship, before forcing Semage and Hanel to stand down.[1]

The droids first appeared in the Disney+ original television series Tales of the Jedi in the third episode called "Choices."[1]
