Rap Arcon was a[1] non-binary[2] Silinese who[1] in 134 BBY[3] was a member of the Silinese War Council. Like all the other Councilors, Arcon had become a member after having shown exceptional skills during a Crowning Convocation; Arcon had been the winner of the last Convocation, after having triumphed in the final duel against another future Councilor. As a member of the War Council, Arcon was part of Siline's talks to join the Galactic Republic. During one of the negotiations, Arcon asked the Jedi ambassador Brand for a ritualistic duel, which Brand repeatedly refused, offending Arcon and leading to a stand-still in the negotiations. Arcon was also later present when the Jedi Masters Sol and Elishe and their Padawans Jecki Lon and Yord Fandar, who had been sent by the Jedi Order to clear up the misunderstanding, spoke to the Council. During the meeting, they suggested that the Padawans could take part in this years Crowning Convocation, which lied just up ahead, and the Jedi accepted. Arcon was also later part of a rescue party sent to the Hunting arena after the Convocation had been sabotaged, and ordered the Silinese traitor Parnix to be taken to the War Council tower for questioning. Afterwards they spoke with the parents of Lionine Graf, one of the contestants who, together with Jecki Lon, had been kidnapped by the mercenaries who had intruded the Convocation. After the Jedi had managed to uncover the conspiracy, Arcon suggested that the Jedi had more than made up for the slights on the part of Master Brand.[1]
Personality and traits
Rap Arcon was a[1] non-binary[2] Silinese with very light-blueish facial crystals and cerulean-blue eyes and vibrant silver hair. During their Crowning Convocation they had chipped their facial crystals. Arcon was a defender of the old ways of the Silinese and could be at times violent like when they almost severed the arm of their opponent during their duel in the Crowning Convocation or when they kicked the traitor Parnix to the ground.[1]

- ↑ The events of The Acolyte: The Crystal Crown take place in 134 BBY per the following reasoning. The Acolyte: The Crystal Crown establishes that Jecki Lon is the Padawan of Sol and Yord Fandar has yet to undertake his Jedi Trials. The novel also states that Lon has been Sol's Padawan for at least two years, as well as that Sol had not taken a Padawan for years after his former Padawan, Verosha Aniseya, left the Jedi Order. From this, at least four years have passed since Aniseya left the Order. "Lost / Found"—the events of which take place in 132 BBY per the reasoning here—establishes Aniseya left the Order six years before its events, equating to 138 BBY. The episode further states Fandar passed his Jedi Trials two years before its events, meaning he must have passed his Trials in 134 BBY.
