Description
The Pyke stockroom was formerly a single building farm in the Lost Steppe region on the moon Toshara that was taken over by the Pyke Syndicate[1] during 3 ABY.[2]
History
The farm had been owned by a family that milked robumas for generations.[1] During 3 ABY,[2] the owner of the farm tried to fight off the Pykes but they were hit by a stun shot. When they came too the Pykes had stolen the robumas and ransacked the farm. Luckily before the conflict the owner had hiddened the family fortune and the Pykes did not find it. The owner took enough of it to buy a ticket to Renpalli Station and left a datapad at the farm to inform their sibling that the rest of the fortune was on a clifftop near the farm.[1]
During 3 ABY,[2] the thief Kay Vess overheard two people the discussing the farm while in Jaunta's Hope. One of the two thought it was possible that their brother, the owner, had given the farm to the Pykes in order to disappear with the family's savings. Vess would later break into the farm where she found a datapad that specified where the fortune was hidden and stole it.[1]
During the same year, Vess also stole Jinnjo Blorgh's keycard to the Pyke's vault in the Pyke Syndicate District in Mirogana, which she would later use to steal from the vault.[1]
Behind the scenes
Pyke stockroom first appeared in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws. The building was the main focus of the "Family Fortune" intel mission that the player starts by listening in to a conversation in Jaunta's Hope. The building also contained one of the three keycards needed to open the Pyke Syndicate vault.[1]
