Puw

Puw was a member of the Nihil marauder organization during the High Republic Era. Puw and another Nihil, commanded by a Storm, attacked Agricultural Hub 42, a factory on the astronomical object Chortose, in order to attain its sprayer droids. Jedi Knight Keeve Trennis intervened, fighting back against the Nihil and striking one of them with a deflected blaster bolt. With the help of Jedi Wayseeker Orla Jareni, Puw and the Nihil's Storm was killed, and Jareni placed the remaining Nihil in binders.^[2]

Behind the scenes

Puw appeared in the comic The High Republic (2021) 7, written by Cavan Scott, penciled by Georges Jeanty, and published by Marvel Comics^[2] on July 28, 2021.^[3] The comic shows Puw and two other Nihil, a Devlikk and a Draethos, participate in the attack, with the Storm giving an order to Puw; however, there is no indication as to which of the two Nihil was being referred to.^[2]
