Proton cannon

Proton cannons were a type of weapon emplacement used by both the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. One model was the Separatist J-1 semi-autonomous proton cannon, which could walk. A few of them could bring down a small Republic cruiser as seen in the Battle of Ryloth. The cannons had small rapid-fire turrets on their bottom side. They came in two variants: With legs, and without legs but rails. Also, they could destroy most enemies with one shot.
