A power flux emitterwas a starship component that employed energy surge technology to boost the recharge rates of a systems systems.[1]

In 3 ABY,[2] Kay Vess was awarded with a power flux emitter by the Miyuki Trade League after completing a smuggling contract for them.[1]

Behind the scenes

Power flux emitters first appeared in the "A Pirate's Fortune" expansion for the Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws,[1] which was released on May 15, 2025.[3] They were an "active system upgrade" upgrade for the players system. When activated it instantly vented all the heat from the ships cannons, reloads the launchers and resets the hull repair system and turret cool downs[1]
