Plaza fountains were located within the temple of the Peacekeepers, a nonviolent splinter faction of the Jedi Order. The last and greatest writings of the Peacekeepers were kept within a chamber underneath the plaza fountains.[1]
By 3643 BBY,[2] an individual associated with one of the two sides in the ongoing struggle between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire sent a companion of theirs to investigate the temple. The companion discovered the hidden chamber beneath the fountains and subsequently delivered the last writings of the Peacekeepers into the hands of the individual who sent them.[1]
Behind the scenes
The plaza fountains were mentioned in the Crew Skill Mission "The Peacekeepers" in the 2011 BioWare video game, Star Wars: The Old Republic.[1] The mission was initially only available to Republic players[3] though both this feature and the information about the mission's outcome are no longer in the game.[1]

Star Wars: The Old Republic — Archaeology Crew Skill mission: "The Peacekeepers"
- ↑ Per the reasoning here, Act I of Star Wars: The Old Republic takes place around 3643 BBY. Since players of The Old Republic can assign their companions on the mission "The Peacekeepers" independently of the main class storyline at any point during the game, the mission must take place at some point around 3643 BBY.
