Pickled blackbeak eggs were a type of egg from blackbeak birds that could be found on[1] the Core Worlds[2] planet Chandrila. Vendors in Chandrila's capital, Hanna City, served the eggs as food[1] in 5 ABY[3] during the New Republic's Liberation Day holiday celebration. New Republic pilot Wedge Antilles noticed their scent wafting through the city's streets as he surveyed the event.[1]
