Phothrell was a planet[2] in the Inner Rim Territories[1] where the Palace of the High Games Masters was located.[2] Around 19 BBY,[3] the guerrilla fighter Saw Gerrera and Senators Mon Mothma and Bail Organa met in the ruins of the palace to discuss Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine and his new regime.[2]

Phothrell appeared in the 2025 novel Reign of the Empire: The Mask of Fear, written by Alexander Freed as the first installment of the Star Wars: Reign of the Empire trilogy.[2]
