Phalle ke Seiufere was a male Human Adumari starfighter pilot and blastsword duelist from the planet Adumar. ke Seiufere was the second challenger of Cartann Ground Champion Cheriss ke Hanadi for her title before the perator's announcement of world government for Adumar.

ke Seiufere lost to ke Hanadi after a long match, incurring several blastsword wounds. He survived however as ke Hanadi decided to spare him.

Phalle ke Seiufere is a character created by author Aaron Allston for the 1999 novel X-Wing: Starfighters of Adumar, the ninth novel in the X-Wing series.^[1]
