Quarsh Panaka's gift in Palpatine's quarters onboard the Death Star II.

This statue was a gift from Moff Quarsh Panaka given to Emperor Palpatine. The Emperor kept it among several other statues in his quarters while staying onboard the Death Star II battle station.
