PT-3

PT-3 was a droid who lived with the Chadra-Fan Marlaa Jinara after being abandoned by his previous owner.[1]

Biography

Sometime around 232 BBY, PT-3 was abandoned on the planet Tenoo by his former owner. Needing repairs, PT-3 scavenged around Marlaa Jinara's junkyard for new parts. Upon doing this, PT-3 inadvertently scared Marlaa and JG-1, who thought he was a Gloomling.[1]

Shortly after, a group of Jedi younglings - Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and Nubs - helped Marlaa catch the "Gloomling". Upon discovering that PT-3 was a droid and not a Gloomling, Marlaa repaired him, and allowed him to stay in the junkyard with her and JG-1 from that point on.[1]

Behind the scenes

PT-3 first appeared in the episode "Junkyard Sleepover" from the first season of the Disney+ animated series Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures.[1] This droid was modeled by Gabriel Lopez.[2]
