Otto served as chauffeur to the Chandrilan banker Tay Kolma[1] in 4 BBY.[2] By the third day of Stekan Sculdun and Leida Mothma's wedding, Kolma departed the celebration early after conversations with Senator Mon Mothma, who he was financially backing to support her rebellious activities. Kolma had made it known that his involvement in such affairs was negatively impacting him and causing him grief, leaving Mothma and her collaborator Luthen Rael concerned. As a result, Otto was replaced by Cinta Kaz, a rebel operative in service of Rael. When Kolma left the Mothma Estate in a speeder, he asked Kaz where Otto was, and Kaz replied that she did not know and had been called to fill in for them. Kaz then drove Kolma away.[1]
