An Orthar was a lizard-like creature, sporting a very thick fur and extreme resilience. It was used by the local populations as a mount in the frozen mountains of the planet of Shingra. One Orthar would cost 200 credits.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Orthar was created by Jean Balczesak for the ambiguously-canon roleplaying scenario L'écume de l'espace which appeared in the French magazine Casus Belli 44.[1]
