Ord Gimmel was a terrestrial astronomical object where variable holdout blasters were produced.[2] It was located in the Ord Gimmel system in the Ado sector of the Mid Rim Territories.[1]

Behind the scenes

Ord Gimmel was first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in Gadgets and Gear, a 2019 supplement to Fantasy Flight Games' series of Star Wars Roleplaying products.[2] It was first mentioned in the Star Wars Legends continuity in Strongholds of Resistance, a 2015 sourcebook supplement for the Star Wars: Age of Rebellion roleplaying game published by Fantasy Flight Games.[3]
