- "Listen here, you sorry sack of sunflare skimmers! I've been hearing too much jabbering and tendril-flapping out on the deck. The next time Ace Sunspinner starts complaining about Stinger being a bad captain, you shut it down and get back to work. Just because he keeps saying it doesn't mean you have to go along with it. I don't want my landing bay infested with do-nothings and mutineers. We clear?"
- ―A message Offo sent to fellow Rokana Raiders
Offo was an individual who had joined the Rokana Raiders[1] by 3 ABY.[2] While the pirates were based at the Khepi Tomb in the Sayma Nebula,[1] that year,[2] Offo served as a deckmaster for the group. As part of their responsibilities they sent a message to members of the gang telling them to shut down fellow raider Ace Sunspinner's repeated complaints about the raider's leader, Stinger Tash. A copy of the message was stored on a datapad near the base's landing pad.[1]
While in Khepi Tomb.[1] in 3 ABY,[2] the thief Kay Vess found the datapad containing Offo's message to the raiders.[1]
Behind the scenes
Offo was mentioned in the "A Pirate's Fortune" expansion for the Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws, which released on May 15, 2025.[3]
