Nori-crusted Redfish was a redfish-based dish that was one of many that could be found during lunch in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room on the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon[1] in 34 ABY.[2] The dish was safe for humans to consume.[1]
Behind the scenes
Nori-crusted Redfish was a dish available in the real world at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,[1] which opened to the public on March 1, 2022.[3] The dish was last served at the hotel during the September 28–30 voyage of 2023, the final voyage before the closure of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.[4] The seafood was described served "with Mushrooms and Red Cabbage."[5]
