Norel Quo

Norel Quo was a Koorivar who acted as the primary aide to Supreme Chancellor Lina Soh of the Galactic Republic. Quo had pale, unpigmented skin, an unusual trait among his species.^[1] He eventually began serving as Vice Chair.^[2]
