Nisteen Arvad was a female individual who served as a commander and executive officer to the captain of the New Republic Star Destroyer Deliverance. During a sabotage of the Deliverance, Arvad was temporarily missing whilst sabotage droids wreaked havoc on the ship. After the sabotage, she was promoted to captain of the Deliverance.[1]
