Nichos Marr was an individual whose named was carved into the wall of a safehouse on the planet Mapuzo[1] by 9 BBY.[2] The safehouse was used by members of the Hidden Path to smuggle Force-sensitives and other individuals away from the Galactic Empire to the planet Jabiim, where they would be given new identities to go into hiding.[3]
Behind the scenes
Nichos Marr in the Star Wars Legends continuity
In the current Star Wars canon, Nichos Marr was mentioned in the trivia gallery of the episode guide for the third episode of the Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi television series,[1] which aired on June 1, 2022.[4] The guide established that Marr's name was one of several references to characters from the Star Wars Legends continuity carved into the wall of the safe house set for the episode,[1] although his name is not one of the ones visible in the final episode.[3] In Legends, Nichos Marr was first mentioned in the 1995 novel Children of the Jedi by Barbara Hambly.[5]
