Muzzle was a defective clone trooper who served as an Advanced Recon Commando in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. Muzzle eventually deserted and led the mercenary organization Aurodium Sword, which typically favored jobs for providing security for Galactic Republic corporate personnel such as Raith Sienar.[2]

Muzzle was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in Collapse of the Republic, a 2019 supplement to Fantasy Flight Games' series of Star Wars Roleplaying products.[2] Muzzle was first mentioned in the Star Wars Legends, where he was identified as Alpha-66 in "Underworld: A Galaxy of Scum and Villainy," a 2006 article authored by Abel G. Peña and Ryan Kaufman for in Star Wars Insider 89.[3]
