The Mon Calamari fighter was a class of starfighter produced by the Mon Calamari and was active in the New Republic Era during the war between the First Order and the Resistance. During a Resistance mission to Mon Cala, General Nossor Ri used one such starfighter to distract the First Order and allowed the Mon Cala fleet to exit the planet and after a brief encounter, escape the Mon Calamari system. The starfighter was crewed by at least one pilot, was armed with at least two laser cannons, and had at least one engine.[1]
