During the war between the First Order and the Resistance, a Mon Calamari fleet escaped their homeworld Mon Cala. The fleet consisted of vessels such as an MC95 Star Cruiser, MG-100 StarFortress SF-17 bombers, Nebulon-C escort frigates, Vakbeor-class cargo frigates, A-wing starfighters, Mon Calamari fighters, Resistance transports, and X-wing starfighters. The fleet was led by Aftab Ackbar and was the main component in rebuilding the naval forces of the Resistance.[1]
