Mind limiters were a type of torture device. After his capture during the Battle of Devaron, Jedi Master Bolla Ropal was subjected to them, along with pain pulsers and the drug X-C33, while being tortured by battle droids.[1]

Behind the scenes

Mind limiters were first mentioned in the 2009 Star Wars: The Clone Wars season 2 episode "Cargo of Doom."[1]
