Melon water was a murky orange beverage that was made of melons,[1] a type of fruit.[2] It could be served in tall glasses with small decorative umbrellas. While in a cantina on the Outer Rim planet Actlyon[1] in 34 ABY,[3] the smuggler Izal Garsea bought a tall glass of melon water for fifteen credits, which she considered overpriced. She felt it smelled sweeter than it tasted, but continued to nurse the drink anyway as she carried beverages to her colleagues, Ana Tolla's crew. Garsea attempted to start a toast with her melon water, and was displeased when it sloshed and stained her blouse.[1]

Melon water appeared in A Crash of Fate, a 2019 young-adult novel written by Zoraida Córdova.[1]
