Matua Sauvignon Blanc was a type of wine that was served on tap onboard the Halcyon, a MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser,[1] in 34 ABY.[3] Potable by humans, it could be ordered by the glass or by the carafe, and was available to order in both the Sublight Lounge[1] and the Crown of Corellia Dining Room, the latter of which served it during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.[2]

Behind the scenes

Matua Sauvignon Blanc was a wine available at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,[1] which opened to the public on March 1, 2022.[4] The out-of-universe beverage is a sauvignon blanc made by Treasury Wine Estates in Marlborough.[1]
