The Marasaln system was located in the Mid Rim's Outer Jalor sector.[1] It shared its name with the Marasaln Conflict,[2] which was fought at some point between 19 BBY and 0 BBY.[3]

Behind the scenes

The Marasaln system was established in the StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, which placed it in grid square I-7.[1]
