Lobsters were a species of crustacean. The bilge-water lobster was a species of lobster.[1] Poached Lobster Tail was a meal of cooked lobster served alongside Burra Fish Caviar on the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser known as the Halcyon.[2]
Behind the scenes
Lobsters first appeared in the 2017 novel The Legends of Luke Skywalker, written by Ken Liu.[1] The species was first pictured in the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel upon its opening in March 2022.[2]
