Laser-calipers were a type of equipment that consisted of two prongs that curved out from a central handle. The BB-series astromech droid BB-00 owned a pair of blue laser-calipers while it was on board the starship Star Herald. When the Kowakian monkey-lizard Noni stole the laser-calipers, the droid initially assumed that his owner Emil Graf was responsible. Graf then located the stolen laser-calipers in Noni's nest and returned the to BB-00.[1]
Behind the scenes
Laser-calipers first appeared in "Tales from Wild Space: The Blue Brothers," a comic strip written and illustrated by Nick Brokenshire and published in Star Wars Adventures (2017) 13 in 2018.[1]
