Krallet Division was a mercenary unit loyal to the Sith Empire, under the command of Captain Jilo Del.[1]
Del founded the unit after being betrayed by Imperial Admiral Hyshiri, who turned him over to the Imperial Army in order to sever ties after having tricked him into eradicating a colony that was housing her sister, who had been intending to defect to the Galactic Republic. After being interrogated by Major Acota, Del was indentured into the Army and promised great compensation in order to form a hit squad of ruthless mercenaries who could be easily disavowed. Under Del's leadership, Krallet Division became known for committing some of the worst atrocities during the Third Galactic War.[5]
Qrukk was a former member of this unit, but he disapproved of Del's indiscriminate slaughter of soldiers and civilians and instead desired to fulfill tasks that strengthened the Empire as a whole. Qrukk plotted to oust Del and take command of the unit, but was betrayed to Darth Xarion of the Dark Council by an undercover subordinate who hoped to gain a promotion by reporting him to her master. Xarion, impressed by his skill, placed him as commander of the Imperial Infiltration Specialists instead, and sent him to participate in the Invasion of Manaan, to which Qrukk enthusiastically accepted.[2]
Around 3625 BBY,[4] the group would meet its end when they were ambushed in the Temple of the Progenitor on Manaan by the Alliance Commander, who had been sent by the Selkath Captain Wo Kasto to make them pay for murdering his mother at the start of the Empire's invasion.[3]
