Koy Tuss was a Twi'lek scavenger who sold droid parts and materials for upgrading speeders and starships from a stall named Drod Parts in the market on Achra Station in the Akiva system.^[1] In 3 ABY,^[2] the merchant's stock included twenty units of quadanium, six heuristic processors, five 4XB Calculation Units, and five enhanced durasteel hulls.^[1]

Tuss also possessed a X-FP-C28 ship computer and requested five units of robuma leather, five units of bantha wool, five units of jarwal fiber, and five units of henku wool in exchange for it. While at the stall, the Twi'lek wore a white shirt, black pants, brown chaps, brown boots, a brown belt, brown gloves, a brown bandolier, and a brown headwrap. Tuss had green skin and red eyes.^[1]

Koy Tuss appeared in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws. The player cannot access Tuss' services until they have unlocked full access to their ship, the Trailblazer.^[1]
