Koto-Si was the capital city of the planet Neimoidia.[1] From here it was reported that Acting Viceroy Sentepeth Findos signed a treaty that gave the new Galactic Empire direct control over the Trade Federation's assets and resources, thus effectively dissolving the trade organization.
