The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

In 19 BBY, a historic treaty was signed between the Galactic Empire and the Trade Federation in the aftermath of the Clone Wars in Koto-Si, Neimoidia's capital. The acting Viceroy Sentepeth Findos was forced to sign it at gunpoint.

The Galactic Empire then began to liquidate the Trade Federation, while it legal existence continued under the supervision of the Imperial Senate.

Terms

The treaty stipulated resources of the Trade Federation were placed under the Galactic Empire disposal. The Trade Federation was to transfer over it constituent parts to Imperial control as part of the process of imperialization and be placed under the oversight of the Imperial Senate.

The Trade Federation would however be permitted special dispensation during the distribution of assets to the Empire in light of the Federation proven track record in business as the wind-down of its affairs began during the Imperial Period.
