A Kommerken steak was a hearty slice of meat and a type of steak[2] that was often served with ootoowergs.[1] It was a favorite dish of many throughout the galaxy.[2]
When Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa visited Mimban, they ordered such a meal in a restaurant.[1]

Kommerken steak appeared as a consumable food in Star Wars Galaxies. It could be created by players of the Domestics Trader profession and when eaten, gave the player a bonus when they foraged.
