Kibi strips were a type of food. Three kibi strips were used in Vorzyd sliders served in the eatery Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant[1] prior to the eatery's destruction during the first two years of the Galactic Empire's reign.[2]

Behind the scenes

Kibi strips were introduced in "Dining at Dex's," a 2009 Hyperspace-exclusive article which was written by Gregory Walker and formatted as an in-universe menu.[1]
