Khu Fornot was a human male who served the Galactic Empire as a scout trooper and survived the Battle of Endor. Following the Empire's defeat on the moon, Fornot, who had taken up the life of a mercenary, was hired by Tern Koyatta to return to Endor for a weapons retrieval mission. Despite his new life as a mercenary[2] and distaste for Imperial officers, Fornot proudly identified himself as an Imperial during the mission. Fornot also brought to the mission his immense prejudice against Ewoks. When Tern Koyatta was shown to be lying about his rank, Fornot attempted to eliminate the man, but was disarmed by Endor natives. This allowed Koyatta to whip out his own blaster pistol and kill Fornot.[4]
Behind the scenes
Khu Fornot first appeared in the first issue of the comic book miniseries Star Wars: Ewoks,[2] which was written by Steve Orlando, illustrated by Laura Braga and Álvaro López, and published by Marvel Comics on October 9, 2024.[5]
