Kergans was a urban planet[2] located in the Kergans system within the Inner Rim Territories[1] that was protected by the New Republic. It was the homeworld of Lorica Demaris. A hotel owned by Lorica's mother and father was located on Kergans.[2] At some point before joining the Resistance, Lorica watched podracing on her homeworld.[3]
