"I posed as her double to flush out terrorists opposing her rule." - ―"Lopset Yas" and Chelli Aphra
Kelko Dev was an alleged alien ruler who was depicted by[1] the notorious doctor and smuggler[2] Cornelius Evazan[3] around 1 ABY,[4] while disguised as a shapeshifter named "Lopset Yas" using a pluripleq, a rare bioengineered creature.[3] While impersonating Dev, Evazan claimed to the rogue archaeologist Chelli Aphra, who found her attractive, that he once posed as the double of the "abominatrix" to flush out terrorists who opposed her rule. Evazan's depiction of Dev had blue eyes and gray skin with dark green and purple sections. His depiction of Dev also had tendrils behind her chin.[1]
