A female individual was the older sister of[2] the human Resistance spy[3] Kazuda Xiono,[2] who was born around 14 ABY.[1] They were a member of[2] the wealthy[4] Xiono family,[2] who were based on[4] the planet[3] Hosnian Prime.[4] The woman was the daughter of[2] the human[3] Hamato Xiono,[2] who served as the New Republic senator of Hosnian Prime,[3] and a mother.[2] The sister was affiliated with the First Order[2] no earlier than 34 ABY,[5] out of a need to survive.[2]

Kazuda Xiono's sister was mentioned by Brandon Auman, showrunner for the animated television series Star Wars Resistance, in a 2024 interview with Wookieepedia, a free-to-edit, unofficial online Star Wars encyclopedia. Auman stated that if there were a third season for Resistance, Kazuda Xiono's mother and sister would have been introduced.[2]
