Kaon Security

The Kaon Security was the planetary security organization of Kaon during the Old Republic era. Kaon Security forces included troopers, commando and officers. They also used security droids such as Kaon Sentinels Mk. III and KR-82 Expulsers.[1]

History

During the rakghoul plague outbreak on Kaon,[1] in 3639 BBY,[2] the Kaon Security quarantined the planet and tried to control the situation. Nevertheless, despite the arrival of Republic and Imperial reinforcements, Kaon Security troops were completely overwhelmed and most of them were killed or turned in rakghouls, including Major Byzal.[1]
