Kaon City was the capital city of the planet Kaon in the Tion Hegemony. During the outbreak of the rakghoul virus during the renewed war between the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic, Kaon City was infected thanks to the unknowing actions of the smuggler Melarra.[1]

Behind the scenes

Kaon City was created for the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, and was designed by the art team headed by lead artist Andrew Collins.[2]
