Kalhar was a famous Mantellian Savrip who worked as a brawler and gladiator.[1]

In the current Star Wars canon, Kalhar was mentioned in the forty-eighth issue of De Agostini's Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine,[1] which was released around December 2, 2015.[2] The article was written by Tim Veekhoven who established Kalhar's profession as a new detail[3] compared to the Star Wars Legends continuity, where the character first appeared in the 1992 LucasArts video game Super Star Wars as a boss.[4]
