Jogan fruitcake was a dish made with jogan fruit.

The dish was named for its main ingredient, the jogan fruit. Each tier of the cake was topped with several small berries or fruits, with the addition of fresh, whole jogan fruit on the highest layer.

History

During a banquet in honor of Senator Aang, a member of the Senate Military Oversight Committee, jogan fruitcake was served. The dish was a favorite of the Senator's and it was hoped his enjoyment of it would aid in convincing him to support Senator Padmé Amidala's diplomatic efforts in the war.[1]
