Shaun Smith (@Smith-FX) on Facebook (post on December 27, 2023): "Ayo Tam was one of several background characters we did on the Obi-Wan series. This was originally sculpted by Miles Teves for a completely different project that did not come to fruition. I had Dylan Howie-Richardson sketch out an alien based on the sculpture and thus Ayo Tam was born into the colorful Star Wars universe! He only appears in one scene of the series, walking in the background - let me know if you spot him!" (backup link)
