The Jjannex system was a star system in the Jjannex sector that was located in both the Outer Rim Territories[1] and the Western Reaches.[2] It was situated in grid square L-19 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1]

Behind the scenes

In the current Star Wars canon, the Jjannex system was mentioned in "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com[1] on June 24, 2025. Both works were authored by Jason Fry.[3] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the system was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, written by Jason Fry and Daniel Wallace.[4]
