Jisk Barer was a Quarren Podracing fanatic that visited the planet Tatooine in 32 BBY to see the Boonta Eve Classic. Barer sat in Watto's box next to Breedo and Bok Askol.[2]
Barer had orange skin and blue eyes. While at Watto's box, they wore tan colored robes.[1] Barer had a Quarren female first name that meant "fun-loving, playful." The fanatic had an archaic surname that meant "respected physician."[3]
