  2. Jedi Academy establishes that Yoda, who was born in 896 BBY according to Star Wars: Timelines, is seven hundred years old. Therefore, Jedi Academy is set around 196 BBY. Jedi Academy: Return of the Padawan, which depicts the 150th annual Lightsaber Fencing Tournament of the Coruscant Jedi Academy, is set during Roan Novachez's next school year after that depicted in Jedi Academy, therefore its events must take place around 195 BBY. Jedi Academy: The Force Oversleeps features the 164th tournament, meaning it must be set around 181 BBY. Finally, the events of Jedi Academy: The Principal Strikes Back takes places during Victor Starspeeder's next school year after the one depicted in The Force Oversleeps and therefore around 180 BBY, and, since Jedi Academy: Revenge of the Sis is set around the same time, its events must take place in the same year, as well.
